Project Responsibilities
As Project Superintendent, Steve is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project. While on the project site, Steve is responsible for day-to-day job site activity and Daily Reports pertaining to the project and subcontractor coordination. Steve ensures all job site communications are accurately relayed to the project manager and contract manager to ensure client expectations are met. Steve is on site daily to facilitate the project on time, within budget, and completion of the project with 100% client retention.
